Juliana Londoño/Nutrition Director

As many women, Juliana struggled with body insecurities. From a young age, she began learning on how she could make the best decisions. By age 18 and based on her experience, she began studying nutrition so she too could educate women and pass on what she had learnt. As the Nutrition Director at BTrain, Juliana will guide her clients, in a step-by-step process, on how to eat, the right amount and the best foods for your body.

“I began this journey because I didn’t want people to suffer on diets. I want them to learn how to balance what they eat. This is not about restrictions, this is about knowing how to eat on a daily basis. As I always say, take care of your body as it is the only place you have to live in.”

Santiago Rodriguez/Fitness Director

From a young age, Santiago has been passionate about fitness and sports. He belonged to a soccer team since he was 4 but had to stop at age 18, due to an injury, but this was not going to stop him. He began his journey as a Personal Trainer and has now, for the past 5 years, been instrumental in changing his clients lives. He AFPA (American Fitness Professional & Associates) and EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) Certified.

“There is no other fitness program, like the one we have at BTrain. I have carefully designed a specific routine depending on the color, for members, which will allow him or her to achieve their fitness goal. Anyone can do this! It only takes 25 minutes, 2 to 3 times a week to achieve your goal.
