What is EMS?

Electrical muscle stimulation is the technology used in BTrain studios for the workouts. This technology acts of active and passive, exercising all muscle groups and the deeper fibers, including the ones not used on your daily workouts.

What do I need to train?

To be available to train in BTrain studios it is necessary to use BTrain suit, you can find them in our studios at the cost price. It is mandatory because it contains electricity conducts and it has the capacity of water absorption, this to guarantee the pass of energy necessary for the workout from the electrodes.  

How often do we have to go to BTrain to achieve desired results?

We recommend 2, twenty-five minute sessions per week, to achieve minimum results, however, we recommend training 3 times per week to achieve maximum results and see optimal results. Also remember 20% is exercise and 80% is what you eat; so if you want to see the results at a faster pace, we recommend you to follow our nutrition plans.

Can I train every day?

NO, recovery after a workout is no less important than the workout itself. Due to high impacts in all your muscular groups, you have to give your body a rest of at least 48 hours or depending on how you feel, up to 72 hours.

How long do I need to work out before I see results?

All bodies are different, but in most cases you will be able to see great results after 7-8 session. For that to be the case, it is very important that you train consistently, that the frequency and intensity are in the right level and most importantly, that you follow the nutrition plan and all of the nutritionist requests.

Is it true, that with only 25 minutes, you are replacing a 3 hour workout in a regular gym?

Many people have the same doubt, let us explain:

If you train at a regular gym your workout includes 1-2 muscles groups (e.g chest and biceps) with a maximum of 5 sets of 10 reps generally speaking; but using the BTrain (EMS) method, all muscle groups are simultaneously working (and there are more than 20 of them). This would be almost impossible in a regular gym.

Does it affect the heart?

No, the load on the heart while using BTrain machine is comparable to the load on the heart in a regular gym work out. The machine gives specific electrical impulses that the heart is insulated from.

  • Have tumors;
  • Women who are pregnant; 

Does it hurt?

No, during the workout you’ll feel the regular pain of weightlifting and physical movements. However, the days after working out you are going to feel sore as if you have trained several hours in a regular gym.
