Members in the following families have a specific fitness routine and nutritional guide that will allow them to achieve their
goals.
Goal: Burn fat and lose weight.
+ Cardio - Weights + Aerobics
Recommended for members with a higher fat percentage.
Expect: Quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
Experience: Muscular fatigue and heavy breathing.
BPM: 152-172
Effort: (80-90%). While exercising at BTrain and connected to the EMS machine, you can expect an increase to your ability to sustain high-speed endurance. Your heart rate will increase and you will burn fat, in less time, even after you have left the studio.
Goal: Gain muscle and increase body mass.
- Cardio + Weight + Aerobics
Recommended for members who want to gain muscle and increase body mass. Expect: Short intervals and an intensive workout.
Experience: Exhaustion, at times, as it becomes difficult to maintain the BPM.
BPM: 171-190
Effort: (90%-100%) While exercising at BTrain and connected to the EMS machine you can expect to increase your ability to sustain intense workouts with weights. They key concept here is to exceed your capacity, while training your muscles. The muscle must reach a certain overload threshold before it recognizes adaptation. Breathing as near maximal capacity, making the muscles work more than regular exercises exceeding the regular pain.
Goal: Tone your body and get ripped
+ Resistance – Weights + Reps
Recommended for members who are looking for performance gains and muscle definition.
Expect: Long intervals of exercises and more repetitions
Experience: Steady, controlled and fast breathing due to the amount of repetitions.
BPM: 133-152
Effort: (70%- 80%) While exercising at BTrain and connected to the EMS machine you can expect to increase muscle resistance and the ability to increase the repetitions of the exercises. It enhances general training pace, makes moderate intensity efforts easier and improves efficiency. This term is used to describe the end goal, which usually results from a combination of basic weight lifting and fat burning.
Goal: Maintain your current physical fitness
+Reps – Weights +Cardio
Recommended for members who already achieved their body goals.
Experience: Higher repetitions with lighter weights
Expect: comfortable, low muscle and cardiovascular load, not an intense workout.
BPM: 114-133
Effort: (60%- 70%)) While exercising at BTrain and connected to the EMS machine, you can expect to improve your general base fitness, recovery times and boost your metabolism. It is important that you continue with proper nutrition, get plenty of rest and drink water. The exercises may seem easy to do, but with higher repetitions, lighter weights, longer sessions during the base training and recovery periods, making this an intensive workout.
